Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping on every order. We ship within the United States only.

Processing

Orders go out within 1 to 2 business days. You get an order confirmation right after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is on the way.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 5 to 10 days after they ship. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address problems.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed as soon as the order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.

Address changes

Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Email us right away if it needs a correction. Changes are not guaranteed once the order has shipped.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not moved for 7 days or your package looks lost, email us with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier or send a replacement.
