Returns and Refunds

Not into it? You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund.

30-day returns

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Items should be in their original condition. Once the return arrives, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Return postage is on you unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order shows up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We ship a replacement at no cost, and you do not need to send the original back.

Torn open in the first week

If your dog tears the toy open within 7 days of delivery, email us a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund, our choice. Normal chewing wear after that is not covered, because chewing is what the toy is for.

Cancellations

Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, but you can return them under the 30-day policy.

Refund timing

Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the credit.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
